All service-related fees (such as consultation, property booking, or viewing charges) are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
If a service has not yet been delivered and you wish to cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will review your case for a possible refund.
If you pay a holding deposit to secure a property:
The deposit will be refunded in full if the landlord or agent decides not to proceed.
If you (the tenant or buyer) withdraw your interest, the deposit may be partially or fully non-refundable, depending on the circumstances and any prior written agreement.
Any deductions will be clearly explained and documented.
Reservation or booking fees paid to hold a property are generally non-refundable unless:
The property becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond your control
You were misled with false or incorrect information (as determined after review)
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original payment method. We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued.
The following payments are non-refundable:
Admin/processing fees
Property inspection reports (once delivered)
Marketing or listing fees for landlords/sellers
Legal document processing fees
If you believe a refund should be issued due to poor service, misrepresentation, or any other valid reason, you may submit a written complaint to our support team. We aim to investigate and respond within 5 working days.
